Many of your customers browse, share and buy on their phones. A mobile-first approach to design and shopping helps you turn more of those visits into orders.

Why mobile matters

  • Shopping habits have shifted. For many shoppers, the phone is now the main way they shop.
  • Expectations are high. Your customers don’t just compare your mobile experience with other direct selling companies. They compare it with the best shopping apps they use every day.
  • Complexity costs sales. Shoppers and potential leaders give up on enrollment and checkout flows that take too many steps. Reduce the taps it takes to enroll and to buy.

What Fluid gives you on mobile

A faster checkout

  • Fluid Checkout keeps the whole purchase on one page, and returning customers with a saved profile can pre-fill their details. See Checkout.
  • Offer PayPal and other alternative payment methods, and turn on Apple Pay for your payment gateways. See APM and Gateways.
  • Keep forms short to reduce abandonment.

A personal shopping experience

  • Build product playlists for different customer groups. See Smart playlists.
  • Keep customers informed about products with messages and notifications in the app.
  • Give every rep a personal MySite that uses your company’s theme. See Mysite Theme.
  • Announce new products in the app with Announcements.

Follow-up on abandoned carts

  • Reps get follow-up suggestions in Catch Up, such as a Cart Abandoned catchup when a shopper leaves items in their cart. Reps with a premium subscription in the app also see a suggested text message, drafted with AI, on some catchups. See Catchups.
  • For recovery emails and more ideas, see Cart abandonment.

Optimize for phones

Marketing brings visitors to your store. A good mobile experience makes the most of every visit.
  • Speed: every second a page takes to load costs you shoppers. Optimize image sizes before you upload them.
  • Structure: create a clear content hierarchy with logical sections, and keep paragraphs short, 3 to 4 lines at most.
  • Calls to action: place important buttons within easy reach of the thumb, and above the fold when you can. Use contrasting colors and action verbs.
  • Readability: keep high contrast between text and background.
  • Forms: ask only for what you need. Fewer fields on enrollment and checkout forms mean more completions.
