Find an answer in the docs

If you use the admin portal, browse the admin portal guides. For a Settings screen, start from the Settings overview. It lists the screens in each Settings group. If you use the mobile app, see the Mobile app guides. For sales and marketing training, see the Playbook. If you’re building on Fluid:

Contact support

Email help@fluid.app. Include these details in your email:
  • Your sign-in email address. If you use the admin portal, it’s under your name at the bottom of the admin sidebar. If the sidebar is collapsed, click your picture or initials to see it.
  • Your company name. If you use the admin portal, it’s at the top of the admin sidebar. If the sidebar is collapsed, expand it to see the name. If you work in more than one company, give the one where the issue happens.
  • Where the issue happens, for example a screen in the admin, a page on your storefront, your checkout or the mobile app.
  • The page URL from your browser’s address bar, or how you reached the screen (for example, in the admin, the Settings gear, then Checkout). If the problem is on the sign-in page, describe what you see instead of sending its address.
  • What you were trying to do, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • The steps to reproduce the issue, if you can.
  • The exact text of any error message.
  • Screenshots or a screen recording that show the problem.
Never include the code or sign-in link from a sign-in email, or any password, in a support request.

Report a mobile app issue

If the problem is in the mobile app, also include:
  • The device model and operating system version, from the device’s settings, and the app version.
  • Whether the device was on Wi-Fi or mobile data, if that seems relevant.
  • How often it happens, and any pattern you notice.
  • What you already tried, and what happened.
To see the app version, tap your picture or initials at the top of the app’s home screen, then General Information, then App Info. Tap Copy, then paste the details into your email.
If you’re a company admin and one of your app users reported the problem, try to reproduce it yourself first. Ask the user to copy their App Info the same way. Then also include:
  • Whether you could reproduce the problem.
  • What your users told you, in their own words.
  • How many users report it.
  • How the issue affects your business.

Frequently asked questions

Contact support. If you use the admin portal, the Email field on your Profile page is read-only because it’s your sign-in address, and a new address must be verified before the change takes effect. To open Profile, click your name at the bottom of the admin sidebar and select Profile.
