The Tools screens hold what you share with your reps: news in announcements, and events with their dates and reminders.

Where to find it

In the admin sidebar, select Tools. It opens to show its screens. You see only the screens your role can view.

Announcements

Post news with a video, image, PDF or PowerPoint file, and send a push notification about it.

Events

Create events with their dates, time zone and countries, and an optional reminder before they start.
Trainings, the other Tools screen, doesn’t have a guide yet.
