How it works for your shopper
1
Choose TygaPay
At checkout, the shopper pays for a cart with a subscription item by choosing TygaPay.
2
Approve the agreement
The shopper approves a recurring agreement in TygaPay. The agreement sets the limits Fluid can charge.
3
Renewals are charged automatically
Fluid charges each renewal against the agreement. With an approved wallet, the shopper takes no action. Without one, the shopper pays a link that TygaPay emails.
The limits the shopper approves
Renewals that stay pending
A renewal can be pending. If the shopper did not approve a wallet, TygaPay sends a pay link, and the renewal waits up to 24 hours for the shopper. Fluid settles a pending renewal when TygaPay sends its webhook. Fluid also re-checks pending renewals on a schedule. When the agreement stops working
The next renewal declines if the shopper does any of these, or if the agreement expires:- Revokes the agreement in their wallet.
- Removes the spending limit.
When Fluid cancels the agreement
Fluid cancels the agreement at TygaPay in either of these cases:- The last Fluid subscription that uses the agreement is cancelled.
- The last Fluid subscription that uses the agreement moves to another payment method.
Points
A subscription cannot be paid fully with points on TygaPay, or on another redirect payment method. The shopper must pay part of it with the payment method.Set up TygaPay
