The Payments screens show how your company’s payments are going: how many are approved and why the rest are declined, each transaction, the subscription renewals that failed or are at risk, and where your payments setup stands.

Where to find it

In the admin sidebar, select Payments. It opens to show its screens. You see only the screens your role can view.

Performance

See approval rates, why payments were declined, and where declines happen.

Transactions

Chart amounts and approval rate, look up a transaction, and export transactions.

Subscription Billing

Find failed and at-risk renewals by day, retry payments, and email customers.

Accounts

Follow your Fluid Payments setup and see which processors and countries are live.
