Page current siblings

Requires company admin access and members.view. Unilevel trees select nodes in UUID ascending order before the limit. Binary and matrix trees select them in leg order, (leg_rank, position, id), where leg_rank is the leg’s index in the tree’s leg_names and a root ranks after every leg, for a company enabled for legged trees (unsupported_tree_kind otherwise). No OFFSET or totals. Siblings exclude self and include other roots in the same tree for root subjects. Only cursor, limit, and ids_only query parameters are accepted. Body, history, filters, and depth selectors are unsupported. Cursors are bound to company, tree, anchor, operation, and scope; sibling cursors also bind the parent group. Current pages are not a frozen snapshot across requests. This endpoint does not activate or populate a tree.
