Page current team children

Requires a current member identity from the existing member/customer JWT or legacy user-token authentication path. Company service tokens are rejected. Any current member type can page kept immediate children of their own primary seat or a node currently in its downline. Current visibility, anchor ancestry, and child selection share one primary-database statement. Unilevel trees page in node UUID order. Binary and matrix trees page in leg order, (leg_rank, position, id), where leg_rank is the leg’s index in the tree’s leg_names, for a company enabled for legged trees (unsupported_tree_kind otherwise). No OFFSET or implicit total. Only cursor, limit, and ids_only query selectors are accepted; member overrides, filters, history, and depth selectors are refused. Cursors bind the requester, tree, anchor, operation, and ordering and grant no access. A move or discard can change later pages; these are not frozen snapshots. This endpoint neither creates seats nor changes legacy genealogy readers.
