Count current team structural seats by relative level

Requires a current member identity from the existing member/customer JWT or legacy user-token authentication path. Company service tokens are rejected. Counts retained structural positions at each positive distance from the selected node through the explicit depth, including seats belonging to discarded members; hidden seats are counted but never returned as readable nodes. levels are zero-filled through the bound. counts_as_of is the observation time of this statement, not the last rollup time. Member scope is applied before counting; there is no member-id selector. Depth beyond the admitted 1-7 profile or more than 10,000 positions returns pagination_requires_projection without partial counts; a statement deadline returns lookup_too_large. Only depth is accepted in the query string; body, history, period, and paging selectors are refused. This endpoint neither creates seats nor changes legacy genealogy readers.
