Undo a specific subscription billing skip
Restore the exact owned pending skip through locked lifecycle policy. Identical already-undone retries succeed with applied false. Expired, replaced or foreign skip IDs conflict without writes. Every success includes meta.subscription_schedule with applied and authoritative current state. Canonical member credentials determine ownership; Members Site enablement and cookies are not required. Responses are no-store. Unknown fields and query parameters are rejected.
