Rotate a droplet's webhook secret
Generates a new webhook secret for a droplet your company publishes and returns it, once. This is how you obtain the secret on v2026-10: no other response returns it, and asking again rotates again.
The old secret stops being used the moment the new one is saved: every webhook and data request Fluid signs from then on uses the new one, so update your droplet straight away. A lifecycle webhook already queued when you rotate is still signed with the old one. A droplet built in Mist has the new secret written to its app’s FLUID_DROPLET_SECRET and FLUID_WEBHOOK_AUTH_TOKEN and is redeployed. A Mist app with no linked GitHub repository gets the new values but is not redeployed, so it keeps verifying with the old secret until its next deploy; deploy it yourself after rotating.
Another company’s droplet is a 404. The response is never cached. Needs the droplets.update permission, including for a Fluid root admin’s sign-in narrowed to company admin.
