Cart items
Subscribe a cart item
Puts the line item identified by {item_id} on a subscription plan and
returns the updated cart. Send subscription_plan_id to choose the plan;
omit it to use the product’s default plan. The plan must belong to the
item’s product. A line that was not subscribed before fires the
cart_subscription_added callback. Access is scoped by the cart_token
in the path — the endpoint itself does not require authentication.
Returns 422 when the plan is missing or does not belong to the product,
when the item is free, when bundle row pricing refuses a subscribed bundle,
or when the catalog cannot price the cart after the change. Returns 404
when the cart or the item is not found, 409 while a redirect payment is
in progress, and 410 when the cart is locked.

Cart response wrapper (CartBlueprinter with_associations view). Scalar totals, flags, and points are strictly typed; genuinely dynamic fields (metadata, processor-specific payment payloads) and nested associations (items, addresses, country, company) are typed as open pockets and tightened in follow-up work.
